Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a booking, purchasing a membership, or accessing Unforced 15 facilities and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Membership & Account

  • Membership categories, benefits, privileges, and fees are subject to change at Unforced 15’s discretion.

  • Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

Bookings

  • All court, simulator, coaching, class, event, and facility reservations are subject to availability.

  • Bookings must be made through approved Unforced 15 channels.

  • Unforced 15 reserves the right to modify, relocate, or cancel bookings when necessary.

 

Fees & Payment

  • Applicable fees must be paid prior to participation unless otherwise approved.

  • Prices may be revised from time to time without prior notice.

  • Outstanding balances may result in suspension of booking privileges.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation windows and applicable charges are published separately.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may incur fees.

  • Unused bookings are not refundable unless required by law or approved by management.

 

Guest Privileges

  • Members may invite guests in accordance with their membership privileges.

  • Members remain responsible for the conduct of their guests.

  • Guest access may be limited, restricted, or suspended at management’s discretion.

 

Coaching, Classes & Events

  • Participation in coaching sessions, classes, events, and programs is subject to availability and eligibility requirements.

  • Coaches, instructors, schedules, and formats may change without notice.

 

Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

  • Members and guests must comply with all safety instructions and facility requirements.

  • Additional waivers or consent forms may be required.

 

Minors

  • Individuals under the age required by applicable law may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Parents and guardians remain responsible for the minor’s conduct and participation.

 

Personal Property

  • Unforced 15 is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

 

Photography & Media

  • Photographs, video recordings, and other media may occasionally be captured within the club.

  • By entering the premises, members and guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in such content.

  • Anyone wishing to opt out may contact the club team.

 

Privacy

  • Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Unforced 15 Privacy Policy.

 

Suspension & Termination

  • Unforced 15 may suspend or terminate memberships, bookings, or access privileges for violations of club policies, misconduct, non-payment, or other reasonable grounds.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unforced 15 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its facilities, services, programs, or events.

 

Amendments

  • Unforced 15 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

  • Continued use of the club and its services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
